According to the terms of the protocol, the association will be a part of the Young Success Company Program to be conducted during the 2011 spring term. TSPAKB participates in the program with the aim of increasing financial literacy from the level of high school on, to support future investors and to create entrepreneurial awareness in the young people, as well as to help them with finding and creating jobs, the press release reads. The program covers 200 high schools in Istanbul without differentiating between state-owned, private and vocational schools. Around 400 teachers will collaborate and around 5,000 students will be a part of the projects. The program targets hands-on learning and aims to instruct students on how to run a company from its formation to its closure. The participants in the program will develop their entrepreneurial skills, learn about general principals of business administration and most importantly will develop an insight concerning financial issues.
