| Beşiktaş coach Mustafa Denizli signals he might resign from his post as the defending Turkcell Super League champion slumped to its fifth consecutive game without a win.
Portuguese striker Ariza Makukula scored the only goal as Kayserispor beat Beşiktaş 1-0 on Saturday. That was Beşiktaş's second defeat of the Super League season and third in one week, following 1-0 loss to Manchester United in the Champions League.
Speaking after the game, Denizli acknowledged that things have to change at Beşiktaş.
"I have the responsibility through the good times or the days when things are not going how we want them to," said Denizli. "There are 10 days to the CSKA Moscow game [in the Champions League]. Until that day, things have to change at Beşiktaş.
"I may be one of the things to change," he added.
Denizli explained that he will meet with club chairman Yıldırım Demirören on Sunday and will make decisions about the club.
"There are many alternatives," the coach said. "And resigning is one of them."
